Tristan here 👋🏻 it’s great to meet you. My story started in Perth, Australia, and has taken me to the New Mexican desert, the cities of Milan and Berlin, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I appreciate you stopping by to learn more about me, welcome!

My work involves supporting individuals through uncertainty & conflict. I help them go from chaos to clarity. After navigating a massive burnout scaling venture-backed startups in Berlin & San Francisco, I decided to give up my 6-figure salary to refocus my life around helping others become the best version of themselves.

I currently work with founders, executives, and individuals embracing change with open arms.
